Refund/return policy
All of the products sold in our store are printed on demand, and dispatched from our third party suppliers. As a result, we are bound by their returns and refunds policies for all items sold in the store.
Damaged/Defective/Missing Items
All claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted to us via email at store@noelphilips.com, within 21 days of the product being received. For packages lost in transit or undelivered, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part, or on the part of our supplier, are covered at our/our suppliersβ expense.
Where applicable, a tracking number is always provided with dispatch confirmation. Please ensure you have checked the tracking and reached out to your local delivery provider should it be required, before contacting us to follow up with the supplier.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or is otherwise incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Incorrect sizing/unwanted items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items for any reason other than if they are damaged or defective. All our items are printed on demand. This means we cannot accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size, donβt like the color, or changed your mind. All sizes are published where applicable, and photos are on the website of the actual products.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
